How it works

Claim your D1 Bucks!
Earn rewards during any scheduled shift—one claim per site, even if you’re working a double. Points are automatically added at the end of your shift: 10 D1 Bucks per shift, plus an additional 5 D1 Bucks for clocking in on time.

Double D1 Bucks!
Earn 20 D1 Bucks when you step in for an unscheduled shift—whether it’s due to a call‑off or any other coverage need. A bonus reward for keeping the team running strong

Triple D1 Bucks!
Earn 30 D1 Bucks during designated special occasions or unique circumstances. A boosted reward to recognize standout moments and exceptional commitment

Bonus D1 Bucks!
Earn 50–100 D1 Bucks during company meetings and trainings. A special reward to recognize participation, engagement, and continued professional development.

Redeem!
Once you’ve earned your D1 Bucks, visit the D1 Rewards Page in the app to redeem them for eligible gear, gift cards, raffles, accessories, and more. You can even use your points to swap shifts with fellow employees, giving you more flexibility and control over your schedule.
